Refund policy

At Homefinn, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If an item isn't quite right for you, our transparent, fair and simple returns process means you always know what to expect and how to proceed.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after they are placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@homefinn.com with your order number. After this time window, cancellation may no longer be possible because the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment.

You can request a return within 14 days of your order's delivery date. If an item does not meet your expectations or fit in your space, or if you simply change your mind, contact us and we will inform you about the return procedure.

If you initiate a return for personal reasons (such as a change of preference or mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact cost depends on the carrier and service you choose.

However, if the return is due to our error - for example, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect - we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us with photos and details so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. All original packaging, tags, inserts and protective materials must also be included. Including your invoice or order confirmation with your return shipment will help us to process it more quickly.

Discounted or promotional items are also eligible for return, provided that all return conditions are met. We do not charge any hidden fees for processing or restocking.

To request a return, please email  info@homefinn.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond with clear instructions and the correct return address.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, any approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you would prefer an exchange to a refund, please indicate this in your return request email. We will be happy to help you arrange a replacement or alternative product, if available.
